Fireworks permit from the DNR approved. Discussed new seawall rules. The board discussed and voted that it was the LFPOA position that Short Term Rentals not be allowed in residentially zoned areas on the lake and that this be communicated to the planning commission. Minutes of the January 10, 2023 LFPOA Board meeting. During the meeting, the board asked President Jim Root to contact elected officials about short term rentals on the lake. Discussed mute swan egg collection, DNR seawall permit changes, change in fireworks location, lake levels.
