Minutes of the November, 2022 LFPOA board meeting. Board members attending the MSU Extension Services "Introduction to Lakes." Fireworks permit application in process. Jim Root reported that the lake level is currently 4 inches below the set level of 873 feet above sea level limit. No wake buoy in the narrows. Click the link below to download the minutes (pdf). 
Minutes of the October, 2022 LFPOA board meeting. At this meeting the LFPOA board and members voted unanimously that the LFPOA should send a letter to our local elected officials at the township and state level stating that the Lake Fenton Property Owners Association does not support the state control of Short Term Rentals. There was also a good discussion on weed treatment results, native vs. invasive weeds and lake levels. Sheriff's patrol, a boat wash at the public launch and other items were also discussed. Minutes of the September, 2022 LFPOA board meeting. At this meeting the LFPOA board elected new board members and talked about the board taking a position on a Township ordinance for rental properties like AirBnB on the lake.
